doesn't hold the weight well

i bought these racks in late spring because we were in the kayak market. The racks are perfect for one kayak, relatively sturdy but we have two kayaks which meant we had to buy a two kayak rack. when we installed the kayak holders everything was fine for a couple of weeks. These racks cannot support the weight of the kayak racks without the car's roof sagging. I would not recommend purchasing these racks if you are carrying more than one kayak at a time; unless you want to scratch your outcast's roof.
