Used replacement product

The bag did not have the Honda tag as per other reviews but appeared torn. I installed it anyway, now my car starts sluggishly. Battery, alternator, starter checked, all ok. It could be something else but I doubt I had trouble starting the car once I put this fpr in. Update: My car starts fine now.
