Bought this wiring harness for a 2001 Ford F150 XLT long cab pickup. I was really concerned about connecting so many wires. The packaging says which wire is for what so it was easy to adapt to my wire harness that came with my radio/CD/DVD unit. I bought heat shrink tubing and tied it. wires at once and soldered the connection. Then I heated the shrink tubing. It was very easy to do in that order and didn't leave me with the big lump that I would have if I used a crimp on the connectors. in my block to the radio wiring harness and then the Metra wiring harness to my pickup truck. Ignition on and everything went great! It made hard work easy. I highly recommend it!
