I bought these to use with my HTC Vive and they are perfect for that use. Pros: They are very high. For the Vive, they had to be 6 1/2 feet tall, and they easily exceed that. They are light, which makes it easy to transport. The supplied swivel adapters make a well-made impression. Cons: Not for me personally, but I can't imagine them holding much weight. For example I would never use it on a camera - a DSLR with a long lens would probably break the stands. I wish they came with a tote bag but I knew there wasn't one so I won't dock them for that.
