Totally useless!

Ordered the same product twice. Not on purpose, but because the first set I got didn't let the volume or call control buttons on the headset work, or redirect calls to the headset. It's either game over, but both problems together make it pointless to even try. So I looked for a product that specifically said it could take calls and the buttons would work on an iPhone. I found one that looked exactly the same so I skipped over it and found one that looked surprisingly similar but was a photo from a different angle and specifically said it could route calls to the headset. Well, while the second set was on the way, the Lightning connector on the one I was using literally fell off, so I switched to the second, which sent sound to the headphones for at least a day before it failed. When the second set arrived it was EXACTLY the same product. . Even the packaging, stating that the enclosed product is both 'new' and 'genuine', was identical. They didn't work even though the description specifically stated that calls would come in on the iPhone. Needless to say, I tried to get both back. Revain just refunded the second set without forcing me to send it back which makes sense. I might as well just throw them away instead of sending them to Revain to get rid of the useless junk. I think if you just want to listen to something other than calls on your phone with headphones while charging but don't need to control anything, this might work for you. But you should also be aware that they fall out all the time (lightning plugs are horribly bad) and tend to break within a few days.
