But works. on Switches

So overall this bank of switches works fine but here's my biggest problem. I plugged it in and it tells me I have 12.4 volts in the battery but when I check it on my solar panel monitor it shows less than what is actually stored. So 12.4 volts on the switch block, 14.2 volts on the solar monitor and my multimeter reads 14.3, so that's a big problem for me because the result can be bad.
