Needed a webcam, got it because of the good reviews and cheap price. Great image, easy to install and use. A small gripe is that the pickup is a little weak, but I use a headset all the time so that's not a problem for me. I have a large desk and a large display. So when the camera is on the monitor, it is at a reasonable distance. I assume the sound would be better if I was closer. A small white LED lights up when the camera is turned on, but it is dim. It's not a problem for me and I like that it's not distracting, but be aware. I am very satisfied and for the price it does a great job!
