Received this case today and am very happy with it. The soft-touch silicone offers some shock protection and also prevents desk scratches when the iPad is on the table. Provides a good grip to hold the iPad. Has openings for all ports, speakers, microphones and cameras. Loop for a pencil or similar sized stylus. Fits over my screen protector without trying to peel the edges! Got black, looks good, can get a second color to make a difference, cheap enough. If you're using some sort of iPad case, it may not fit if the case is snug. It fits perfectly in the padded laptop compartment of my backpack. The extra stand is a nice bonus. I would recommend this case if you are looking for soft case protection for your iPad just make sure you get something for the screen too.
