Received this case today and am very happy with it. The soft-touch silicone offers some shock protection and also prevents desk scratches when the iPad is on the table. Provides a good grip to hold the iPad. Has openings for all ports, speakers, microphones and cameras. Loop for a pencil or similar sized stylus. I was very happy with this case! It is inherently durable and offers excellent overall protection. The edges on the short sides are slightly thicker (left/right in landscape mode) to provide more gripping surface.
