While this product is affordable, easy to use and convenient, I don't find the build quality to be the best. I use my laptop for work and travel, so I'm constantly plugging and unplugging the device. In addition, my laptop is on a stand, so the plug is always slightly at an angle. I have found that the device usually stops working after about 3 months of use. I'm not particularly picky about my electronics and haven't had any issues with other similar adapters I use. Next time I will try another brand, wish me luck. ***EDIT*** After I wrote this review, their support team contacted me and refunded my money. I have already purchased another unit from a different company, but I really appreciate the extra step they took to find me and fix everything, so I'm adding an extra star to my original rating.
