I bought it to adapt monitor with db15 input to micro hdmi for use with raspberry pi 4. Pi stuck at boot. The Pi started easily with a monitor with an HDMI input. Maybe it's this item, maybe it's Pi. Due to the children's home, we needed an adapter for my son's Chromebook to an older monitor. The first adapter that arrived had the seat surface come loose after we tried to disconnect the converter. Also, the micro HDMI connector was slightly bent so it didn't work. I emailed them through Amazon and received a response within 24 hours along with very simple replacement instructions. And after a few days, voila! I got a new device that works great!
