This product wasn't very easy to install, I had to bend the spring a bit to keep it from popping out of the metal body of the water heater and it took almost 4 hands in a very large space enough for one or two, but in the end i got it and it works great. The water heater used to overheat, now it does just right. I like that it's adjustable, but I didn't have to make any adjustments to the settings that came with it. Remember to use thermal paste between the thermostat and the body of the water heater, otherwise the heat dissipation will not be enough to work properly.
