Very disappointed for so many reasons. I received a returned and used Rhino 576 mount. The gear bag had a tear in the bottom. ALL security keys are missing. Five nuts for the bottom bracket are missing. Three pucks are missing. Two U-bolts are missing. , Bolt threads clogged, Bolt heads snapped, All upper triple clamp fasteners overtightened. I'm going on a summer trip in two days - exchanging for a new carrier will not help. I'm sad because I'm doing my research and the friends I know are happy with their Rhino racks. I hope to hear from the support team sometime in the near future. Tomorrow I'm going to my hardware store to install something to make it work. I have two dogs in my car and I can't afford to leave my snowboard and rods in the car. I will provide photos of Rhino upon request. Drawn, the unhappiest customer.
