They will not fit the 4 gallon mini Kubota vacuum sold by Costco. The diameter of the bottom tube inside the vacuum cleaner is 0.25 inch larger than the diameter of the rubber gasket. The only way to attach it is to carefully tear or cut the cardboard to 1/4 inch, being careful not to damage the rubber seal.
