Power outage. Excuse me. I was really hoping this would work. but well, it just shouldn't be. I asked for a refund and Revane was so good at providing me with a return label. Return to the drawing board. .UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE. After verification, the company contacted me, arranged a full refund and shipping, and sent me a sticker to return the device. They emailed me almost every day asking what the problem was and helping me figure out if the unit was defective or if I was doing something wrong. The unit was faulty due to a power failure which cycled on and off where the plug was inserted into the base. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't. The company tries very hard to keep their customers happy and satisfied. They not only gave me a full refund and took my old device away for free but also gave me a brand new device for free which I received today and it works like a dream. I am so happy and very satisfied that they care about the image of their products. They were very nice and communicated with me very well and made sure I was happy. I really needed this device and am grateful to have such a wonderful product that works. I would highly recommend them for your purchases and will definitely buy them again.
