Our little one has just turned 8 months old so we were fully aware it might not be his age yet. But he likes to make noise by banging on things so my husband thought he would love it. Surprisingly, he hasn't shown any interest in the hammer yet, as he can't use it properly. He has a hard time putting things in the holes with just his hands. So we decided to take the rings out of the holes and found this to be a great object storage box! He could master it quickly and enjoy it for a long time. Later we can put the circles back in and add a hammer to make this toy really last. Completely satisfied!
