Bought this for Christmas in 2017. The model lasted a few weeks then stopped charging. I spoke to costumer service and they sent me a new model. After running the new vaccum one time, it too refused to charge. I emailed customer service a few times and received no reply. I forgot about it and have thought all this time it was something I did. Now I find out it is a common issue and these are low quality. Would not buy.
