I received this speedbag on April 9th 2020. She retired on July 11, 2020. Pocket. My son is a total beginner, not particularly strong and certainly not heavy. The photos show imperfections in the rivets and stitching to hold it together. Either bad materials or bad workmanship. I am considering a return. I will definitely not buy the same model (4241), maybe not buy an Everlast product. Update July 25, 2020: I emailed Everlast expressing my frustration that the bag broke. I received a reply the next business day assuring me that they would ship the replacement the same day and that I should expect delivery within 5-7 business days. It came on the 7th day. We installed it the next day, July 22, 2020. So far, so good. I would say if you have proof of purchase and there is a 120 day guarantee write them and they can send you a replacement. I raised my rating from 1 to 2 stars for good customer service, but the quality of the product doesn't allow me to rate more as this strap failure has happened to many other customers.
