Totally unsure. The design is really bad. It will turn off the engine if the key fob is not detected, even when your car is in motion. Imagine you are driving on the freeway and your key fob is dead or the signal is somehow interrupted, your car dies out, no power steering, no power brakes. Very dangerous! I installed it on my truck and then tested to see if my truck shuts off while driving (my wife removed the key fob battery while I was driving). If you sit down on the remote control button, you can also turn off the car while driving. I really like the keyless system, but the safety of my family is paramount.
