These are the best bread boxes! They are really thick plastic. I've used them to store bread and other pastries in the freezer and on the counter and they're great! Neckerchiefs are ideal for thicker breads. The plastic-coated cable ties are also of good quality and not flimsy. I've tried other "heavy duty" plastic bags that are supposed to be thick plastic, but they don't compare to this one. I will continue to buy these to store my bread and other baked goods. I see SourdoughBreads also offer 2mil ziplock bread bags, 13 packs, the same size as these. I plan to order these too. If you need quality, thick bags for all your baked goods, these are the only ones you need! Because if you take the time to bake and put a lot of love into your baked goods, why not have the best storage for it! Thank you "Bread Maker" for a quality product!
