I liked how easy it was to inflate and deflate. But. One of the main reasons I bought it was because he said it was puncture resistant. My mother is bedridden and needs someone to be with her 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I let her sleep next to her downstairs. I had a little more weakness and there's a hole I can't find and I drown and fall to the ground in the middle of the night. So much for that. Now I have to spend more money on a new one (different brand) that doesn't match this one because the description doesn't match reality and I can't fix this one. Not happy at all. spent my money I can't even contact anyone to talk about it or the warranty it comes with.
