Works well but nowhere near 125mA. At 90 degree illumination in full California sun without a single cloud in the sky I get 70mA. My car battery didn't go over 13.05 volts, but it's better than nothing. I'm often away for a few weeks (on business) and park my car outside - can't connect it to the charger. This little thing does its job. I would have bought a bit more if I knew this one didn't perform as well. FYI: 70mA is achievable when you're out of the car with the pointer pointing directly at the sun. It actually has to stay in the car, and then you'll get 55mA max (the windshield absorbs most of the UV and reflects quite a bit of visible light). Remember that the sun is moving and you are not in the car to point the panel directly at it. generally you will not get so much charge. But that's enough to achieve the goal. One more note: black is not a very good color (if black can be called a color). The frame gets very hot and the cable becomes very soft in direct sunlight. But it still works, so I think everything is fine.
