I like that they are very responsive to client needs, always willing to go above & beyond for their clients! They have helped us with press releases as well as social media management (specifically Facebook). Their team has been extremely helpful in working through our issues when it comes time to launch new products or campaigns - we trust them completely which makes things run smoothly from start to finish!! We also love how quick responses come back once you ask questions via email/phone call etc., but especially during busy seasons such as holiday shopping season where there can be delays getting answers returned due to high volume of requests being sent out at one point per day sometimes more than 2x daily. Working directly wtih this agency gives me confidence knowing all aspects will get handled appropriately by someone who knows what's up.
