The best thing about their service has been how well they understand medical terminology which makes it easier when I have questions or need clarification from them! Their customer support team takes extra time with each inquiry/request (even though this may not be necessary) but overall very satisfied by all aspects especially as far back history goes!! Nothing specifically bad at the moment although sometimes there might seem like an issue between me sending something via email versus going through chat vs calling etc., however usually within seconds these get resolved without any issues being addressed if anything was wrong initially. Just make sure communication skills were taught during training sessions because some people don't know exactly where certain files should go nor do other things correctly such as uploading documents into correct folders. !
