This wallet was well made and I felt it was made from quality materials. The outside of the wallet is made of 210D rip-stop nylon. Looking closely at nylon, it turns out that the fibers are very tightly interwoven, which in this case makes it water-repellent. The inside of the wallet is made from this dense fiber material, which is strong and sturdy, making it stronger and more durable than regular leather. The zip on the wallet opens and closes very gently and prevents the contents of the wallet from falling out. The stitching on the wallet from outside to inside was very well done and accurate, at least on the second one I received. The first wallet I received had a very small almost invisible offset stitch in the lower right corner of the logo on the outside of the wallet. I only notice this on very close inspection, but apart from this blemish, the rest of the wallet is very well made. When I contacted the company with a warranty claim, they were able to respond and offer their services to me within hours. It was a discount for buying my second wallet and returning the defective one. So far the customer service has been spot on in terms of speed and service in my opinion; If this continues, more customers will definitely come. For making the wallet itself, the choice of materials was great. I liked that they chose high quality materials that are more durable than regular leather. The workmanship of the wallet was also excellent; I liked how neatly the wallet is sewn on the outside and inside. The wallet packaging was plastic wrapped in a gift box which was nice. Overall, this is an affordable, quality zip wallet and probably the best zip wallet on the market compared to other zip brands.
