The flash drive does not always recognize my iPhone
I liked that you can put a lot of photos on 256 GB, but accidentally recognizes my iPhone when you connect the flash drive. I contacted support and it worked, but I had to start over by backing up the drive, which took over 8 hours (lots of photos and videos on my iPhone). It happened again that the USB stick doesn't recognize my iPhone, so I contacted the support again, but I haven't received an answer for 4 days.
