Review on LuluPlus Dual Brush Pens: 36 Color Brush Tip Markers for Adult Coloring Books, Drawing & Journaling by Carol Miller

I bought this to try handwriting. Unfortunately they are not very "juicy" and due to the way brush caps are made, the fibers there easily split and streaky sticks result. I'm VERY careful with my markers and take stationery and art supplies seriously, so that doesn't mean I was sloppy. For the most part I REALLY liked the color palette, although I didn't use them all it was nice to be able to. The only thing I still use is my pastel pink because it's sooooo pretty. Now I'm getting pretty good at handwriting and thought I'd check out my beginner marker set (these) to see if improving my skills made a difference. It's not like this. They're not yet juicy enough to spread the paint evenly, and the brushes themselves are streaky. I may not have a hand control to actually press lightly enough for subtle upward movements, but I haven't had this problem with others I've used like this 🤷🏼‍♀️. It might be worth it if you really just want to play around with brush markers very early on, but all the plastic stuff isn't worth it in my opinion. My advice: just spend a few bucks more for higher quality pens with fewer colors. I promise you will wear and use them alone. Also, if you're like me, there will always be those sad colors that you just don't like, so you'll never use them. (I'm looking at you guys brown and orange. Except October and November.)
