Attention - this is not an ordinary power strip

This power strip has a main socket which is always switched on, the remaining sockets are secondary and are switched off when the device is connected to the main plug and is switched off. I've never seen this before. I have a TV connected to the main port and accessories like a DVD player, Roku, and soundbar to the secondary port. When you turn on the TV, additional devices are turned on. Turning off the TV will turn off everyone else on the extension cord. It is, and there is no way to change this feature. If you want that then buy this extension. If you want everyone to be active all the time, keep looking.
