I have multiple Raspberry Pis for different projects and all the individual cables take up most of my desk. This is perfect to combine all. Assembly took about 10 minutes. Device mounting plates snap into place, but can be easily removed for SD card replacement. I run my Pi in headless mode so I don't usually have an HDMI cable plugged in, but I tested it and no problems. There is enough space at the bottom of the box to install a network switch.
