The normal antenna in my car was disabled by the previous owner and I was unable to re-tighten the cable. I first tried the ZHOL New Am-fm Hidden Windshield Antenna which proved useless. I replaced it with this model and stuck the antenna plate in the top right corner of the windshield and routed the cable along the interior trim. The radio is now tunable and while this item is probably not as efficient as a standard antenna, it works better than I expected. The product uses a high quality 3M adhesive pad that will stick wherever you place it.
