New idea for the kitchen and dining room

I've been using plastic cutting blades (the ones in sets of 4) for years. When I saw this product I thought "How interesting" and decided to give it a try. I love how I can trim the sheet to fit my wooden cutting board exactly. I get a lot of uses from a sheet and I like to pick it up so I can easily add veggies (or other foods) right into a bowl or pan. I always had to throw out my heavier sheets after a few years because they had too many knife cuts and started trapping food in the crevices, even though they were washed in the dishwasher. With disposable sheets I can wash them off after use and if I cut them I throw them away because the liquid then seeps onto the cutting board. The only thing that cut through was the Ulu from Alaska. It's very sharp and when I use it to cut lettuce (rocking it back and forth in the lettuce) I end up cutting through the plastic. My Revain Japanese Santuko knife, which is also very sharp, does not cut into plastic. I've been using these sheets for several months and I'm still happy with my purchase. I especially like that they are recyclable and BPA-free.
