I didn't exactly use it to cut vegetables. I used it on my doors to keep my pup from scratching the paint. Works wonders with double sided tape. Super cheap! I saved $120 and that's the job done. The company must also sell it to dog owners.

I REALLY wanted to like this. I just got a new set of knives and found them perfect for meat as I don't use my bamboo cutting boards for anything other than food. I tried twice and this happened. I just pushed the knife down in a chopping motion, but more slowly. No sawing movement or serrated knives. That's what happened. I will try to return it. Super bum, although nine are fewer.

It's just fantastic. No more scraping the goo off the inside of fridge shelves - I can just pull it out, soak it and return it, or just cut off a new piece! I've found so many uses like lining the inside of non-stick pans for storage, placing them on the bottom of the fridge for easy cleaning, etc. Cutting boards are also amazing and reusable, yes, reusable, as they're surprisingly strong for their thickness. I have several cutting boards including a huge/expensive cutting board. This is ideal for jobs that get done quickly and don't require a large cutting board that needs cleaning and oiling. You can cut a piece to the size or size you want. It protects my granite when I cut a lemon or tomato. Then I throw away a small piece and move on. We love to cook salmon, ahi tuna and chicken. These disposable cutting boards or sheets really help prevent cross-contamination from a dirty wooden cutting board.
