I'm very mechanically inclined so can't fault the setup. Starting with the good. The frame is heavy duty, comes with detailed installation instructions written by a native English speaker and they have nice and tidy plastic bags labeled with all the important parts. The downside was that the TV portion of the unit doesn't really sit firmly in the wall plate until you tighten the mounting screws. Even when tightened, the tabs aren't fully aligned, as if the CAD program messed up the exact fit of the panel to the TV mount. Another big issue is that the device doesn't tilt easily. This was a minor point for me as I'm not interested in tilting it once I've set the perfect tilt. However, for some people this is a key feature and I wouldn't buy it if it was key for you. All in a good product but I really had to manipulate the panels to get them lined up correctly.
