If you are looking for weighted training balls, save $ and use PowerNet. I've used all the different brands with all my students from ages 4 to 12 and they work just as well! They may go a little further than the Total Control ball brand, but it doesn't make a huge difference and you get 6 packs for a great price! As for durability time will tell, I use them daily with hundreds of hits from all my students and haven't had any issues. I personally like the 3.2" ball better than the 2.8". The image shows a 3.2 inch diameter sphere.
