I will buy a few more of these. I use them to store AA NiMH batteries in my ham bag. There they are, a good storage box for 8 AA batteries that you can toss in your bag without fear of a lit lamp popping out or the plastic tearing. The batteries sit firmly on a foam stand and the lid is secured with two latches to prevent accidental release. The legs underneath feel comfortable. They don't add height, but they don't let the body slide on the table. The hinge is questionable. It's the same material as the body and I suspect that after many cycles of opening and closing it will eventually just let go. Hopefully many cycles. Thoughtfully built. I appreciate it.
