I needed a desk for work from home life and since I have 3 monitors, I needed something long. I decided to make a desk out of a solid oak door with a glass top. I needed hairpin legs that were made to hold the weight because the top is HEAVY. These legs fit the bill. They look great and are very sturdy. My desk is to die for and for about a $200 total investment. The one issue I had is trying to get my drill straight while putting the screws in because the angle gets tight but it was only 1 screw on each leg that is a tiny bit wonky. I pre drilled all the holes and that helped the most to keep everything aligned.
