Not worth it. Pharmacy shampoos work better
It was suffering dandruff and itching from a yeast build up on my scalp (gross).I bought this bc I have a habit of going for higher end products first. This offered me some relief but did not offer long term benefits like it's cheaper counter parts. I found Selsen Blue and Head and Shoulders to be way more effective.
