This 2 in 1 product was exactly what I was looking for. However, you cannot see if the disinfectant is working because the light only comes on when the lid is fully closed. So I tested this by putting my phone in while I was recording a video and lo and behold there is no light inside (I doubt that little blue light you see from the outside does any disinfection but it manages to put you in the wrong sense .) When I contacted the manufacturer about this, as I just bought it and so it is under warranty, they asked you to ship it back to them at your own expense. No thanks, I'll send it back via Revain. Generated another piece of waste. Buyer Warning.
