Works perfectly, installation went smoothly (no need to order additional hardware, contrary to what others say!), but there is a problem. The wiring is reversed, so bottom is up and top is down. This is an extremely simple solution for someone who can switch two wires, but someone else might need something like AC Delco. It's definitely louder than stock, but no louder than most power windows. Overall this is excellent value for the price and I would have no hesitation in ordering additional windows for other windows in my truck should they need them. If I remember, I'll update this review later this year. Happy New Year everyone! Update July 2020: The window still works great and the seller offered me a refund for my inconvenience.
