Doesn't work best on data storage

USB formatting is the only way to start the transfer process by adding a folder to an external drive. As soon as I start moving photos, the external drive folder disappears and all the icons go dark. I can't click anything or check the status of the transfer. However, I only tested two photos and left them for 2.5 hours and the app was still stuck, so I don't think it was transferring yet.
