I like that it has so many features in one place! It's easy enough if you know how but not very intuitive at first glance (it took me about 20 minutes just figuring out what everything did). If your looking into this product make sure its something thats going to fit within their business model/needs as well because they are super picky when adding new products or services - which is fine since we're trying to solve problems instead of add more workflows!! The platform helps our team stay organized across all departments while also allowing them access from anywhere via mobile devices.
