We received the bags on Friday. A seam came undone on Tuesday. We used them four of the five days we had. We are older people so we are not strict with them. They come with a one year warranty. When I emailed the company about the bag, they replied to either return the item or get a 50% refund. Shipping to me costs more than buying. There was no offer to replace the bag. What is this guarantee? Update: I received an email from the company. Made directly on the product.
