The product works perfectly. I took off a star because there were no instructions on how to sync the replacement remote with our existing Good Boy dog collar. Luckily the customer explained this in the Q&A, otherwise I wouldn't be able to use the product.
- Lost one or need a replacement? - This remote control is exactly the same as the one that came with the GoodBoy small remote control collar and is compatible with GoodBoy remote control collars
