Review on Matfer Bourgeat Nylon Dough 🍰 Scraper for Efficient Scrapping and Baking by Angela Cooper

I bought several of these to replace the one my mother bought in Paris many years ago. Although the name has stayed the same, the product has definitely changed. The original (most valuable) scraper was made from heavy duty opaque nylon that held up very well for up to 20+ years and was dishwasher safe after use. The new ones, although made of nylon, are more transparent and flexible, but still tough enough for their purpose. The surprise came when I put one of these in the dishwasher and it came out twisted, warped and completely ruined. So if you are looking for a great table/dough scraper, this is a good choice. Just not in the dishwasher!
