Used for more than a year headphones currently in use. During the first four months, everything ran smoothly. After then, the left earpiece developed a will of its own and began to consistently become dislodged. This can be experienced in a variety of ways, ranging from an extremely muffled sound to an inability to function at all (meaning that the microphones stop working and there is no longer any transparency in the ear). Occasionally the headphones' sound stops being as clear and crisp as it should be, and instead it becomes muffled and flat, and the volume is not high enough. After spending some time in the case, everything might begin to heal for one to two hours before it begins to fall off again. During a period of five days during which the ear did not function, it eventually "returned to life." Only during the summer was I able to take advantage of the corporate service, as their business hours are weekdays from ten in the morning to eight in the evening (maximum customer focus:)). After they gave me the diagnosis, they tried to convince me that the sulfur smell in the headphones was just coming from my ears, so I kept my mouth shut. Lol. Following a number of phone calls and discussions, they resolved the issue by exchanging the left earpiece that was causing the problem and extending the warranty for it by an additional six months. Following the replacement, the issues were no longer present; however, one month later, everything began functioning improperly with the right earpiece, which the warranty did not cover changing. If you take all of those issues out of the equation, the ears come out on top in every category. It is unfortunate that you can only utilize them for the first three to four months of the purchase. Clearly, I will no longer waste time on their support center; rather, I will find a solution to the problem by switching to an other brand.
