We heat with propane gas. Very expensive. This little oil heater works so well that our open plan living, dining and kitchen area is very comfortable in place of a propane heater. It doesn't get our house too hot, but it does help keep the temperature down once the propane heater has reached the desired temperature. We've found that a ceiling fan helps circulate heat. I would have liked a better grip on the heater because the small grip space is not deep enough. Should be a lip. The wheels roll well and move easily from place to place. Wonderfully calm! Looks nice. I am very satisfied and can definitely recommend this heater. Heater update: We were so pleased with the heater that we ordered a second one for the back rooms of our home. This helps keep the house warm and reduces consumption of the house's large propane heating system.
