Great glasses for better sleep

These glasses regulate the circadian rhythm very well because they really block all blue light. Yes, they are much dimmer because they are designed to properly block blue light. So if you're interested in improving your sleep and circadian rhythm, I highly recommend them. These durable glasses are very comfortable compared to my prescription glasses and are easy to wear even to bed after removing the glasses underneath. I listen to meditation or YouTube before I fall asleep, so I wear them until I'm sure I'm ready to sleep, and often fall asleep without taking them off because they're comfortable. I find some of the negative reviews on this product amusing. . For example, if you only use these glasses for computer work, they will certainly not improve your sleep. You have to wear them all the time until you are in the dark before you take them off. Any exposure to blue light negates the effect. Another review said they were too dark. If you want these glasses to help you sleep, then why complain exactly why these glasses work when other glasses that let in more light don't? I would highly recommend these glasses and this great seller, Sean Severisen, owner of Spectr479. Brand and even emailed me a PDF quick start guide and answers to questions. It included some tips and tricks on how to get the best results. There is also a blue blocker test strip so you can see how your blue blockers are performing. I was very impressed with the seller and this product.
