I'm picky about my sheets. It was exactly what was promised. They are soft and cool at night. Folks, they don't have built-in air conditioning. However, they do not stick to the body and keep you warm in bed. You know that feeling of moving your legs in bed at night to find a cooler spot on the duvet? You don't need to move your feet, a cooler place is already there. These sheets are soft and feel comfortable after the first wash. The anthracite pattern is more of a greenish gray but still suits my grey/yellow bedroom. I was skeptical that I could get really cooling soft sheets for less than $40, but here they are!
