Review on Porter Cable C2002 Compressor D24595 by Matt Mosley
Fan fits slightly modified
I purchased a 6 gallon "Hyper Tough" compressor from Walmart, but many retailers sell the same model under different names. The bolts holding the compressor came loose and the fan fell onto the case. The old fan is simply pressed on. This replacement fan looks exactly like the original except I had to drill a mounting hole to match the shaft. Be careful not to unroll too much, the shank is knurled to prevent loosening. There is a snap ring to keep it from falling off.
