I like how it is simple to use, has an easy backend setup, can be used in any environment (mobile or web) and there are many integrations available with platforms such as Zapier which makes things even easier! There's nothing really bad here but if you need something more complicated than basic analytics then maybe this isn't what you're looking for.

We've been using them since we started our project and they have made everything simpler. They provide daily reports of all activity done by users so we know exactly where people spend their time and give us insights about user behavior and other valuable information.
